Our "Snowbird" seasonal pass is tailored for you, allowing us to continue your medical care and maintain your peace of mind while you're away from your winter home. We ensure seamless coordination with your home-state PCP for an efficient handoff at the beginning and the end of the season, so you can focus on enjoying your time in the sun without health-related worries. We offer option of $125 per month with minimum of 3 months commitment or 6 month season pass with a one time $500 payment. Monthly appointments and unlimited text communication with response within one business day.
